2025 was a full year for me, professionally and personally. I stayed focused on my clients and had the opportunity to work with people who truly valued local knowledge and experience when navigating Oahu’s real estate market. I was able to lean into what I do best: mid-century modern and architecturally significant homes, especially here in Manoa, the neighborhood I’m proud to call home.
After an unexpected and extended time away from Hawaii, my appreciation for Manoa Valley grew even deeper. Days turned into weeks, and I found myself missing the simple things: the familiar streets, my go-to eateries, and the everyday rhythm of life here. Coming home reinforced why community matters so much to the way I approach my work.
Continued Recognition
I was honored once again to be nominated for Hawaii Business Magazine’s Top 100 Agents in Hawaii, recognition that reflects both performance and the trust of my clients.
I also maintained my ranking within the top 1% of Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide, a milestone made possible by consistent results and strong client relationships.
This year’s sales reflected the diversity of Oahu’s housing market and the range of clients I serve:
3285 Beaumont Woods Place #9, Honolulu – Sold for approximately $2.3M, a standout Manoa property highlighting our team’s strength in architecturally distinctive homes.
68-715 Farrington Hwy, Waialua – $2,175,000 extending my reach beyond urban Honolulu.
.356 Kealahou Street, Honolulu - $1,285,000 sale of a home in the desirable Laulima community of Hawaii Kai. Prime location between Hawaii Kai Golf Course and Koko Head Crater.
383 Kalaimoku Street Unit #3305, Honolulu – This stunning unit at the Ritz-Carlton Residences had unparalleled elegance and breathtaking views.
From condos to single-family homes, each transaction came with its own story and its own strategy.
Client feedback continues to highlight responsiveness, clear communication, and local insight. My goal is always to make the process feel manageable and well-supported, no matter the price point or property type.
Marketing and staging remain a key part of my approach. Presenting a home thoughtfully and authentically often makes a real difference in attracting the right buyers and achieving strong results.
Beyond transactions, staying connected to the community, especially in Manoa, remains central to who I am as an agent. Living and working in the same neighborhoods I serve allows me to offer perspective that goes beyond statistics.
Through social media and everyday interactions, I enjoy sharing my appreciation for Hawaii living, architecture, and the culture that makes Oahu unique.
Throughout 2025, Honolulu’s housing market continued to shift, with changing demand across condos and single-family homes. Helping clients navigate these conditions with clarity, realism, and local context has been especially important this year.
As I look ahead to 2026, I’m grateful for a year that reinforced the value of experience, relationships, and community. From long-time residents to those new to Oahu, it’s been a privilege to guide clients through some of life’s biggest decisions, right here at home.
